  • How long does it take to get a reply after we send you a request for quotation?

    We will reply to you within 12 hours after we receive the inquiry during working days.

  • Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We are a manufacturer, but we also have our own international trade department, and we produce and sell our own products.

  • What products can you supply?

    We mainly produce carbon steel and stainless steel U-bolts, sheep's eye bolts, ground bolts, J-bolts, tooth bars, double-head bolts, stamping parts, etc.

  • What are the main application areas of your products?

    Our products cover almost the entire equipment manufacturing and machinery manufacturing processing industry, as well as auto parts and photovoltaic industry parts.

  • Can you make customized products?

    Yes, we mainly do customized products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • Do you produce standard parts?

    Yes, in addition to custom products, we also have some regular standard bolts in production.

  • What is the production capacity of your company?

    We have a separate workshop for bolt production, 3 new assembly lines, and an outsourced manufacturer for surface treatment.

  • How many employees do you have in your company and how many technicians are there?

    There are more than 50 employees in our company, including more than 10 professional technicians and 5 engineers.

  • How does your company guarantee the quality of products?

    First of all, we will have corresponding inspection after each process, and for the final finished products, we will do full inspection according to the customer's requirements and international standards.
    Then, we have our own laboratory with advanced testing equipment to test whether the mechanical properties meet the customer's needs.

  • What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance when we see the bill of lading. Payment method we are mostly T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.

  • How do we deliver the goods to our customers?

    Usually we ship by sea, because we are in Jiaxing, we are only 100km away from Shanghai port, so it is very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are more urgent, we can also ship by air, Ningbo airport and Shanghai international airport are very close to us.

  • Where do you mainly export your goods to?

    Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries such as USA, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, UK, Korea, Australia, Canada, etc.
